Right of Withdrawal
Returns for International Orders
For orders outside the European Union, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To request a return, please contact us at yenaiiru@hotmail.com and provide your order number.
Items should be returned in a resellable condition and packaged carefully for return shipping.
The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.
Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email or letter and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function. You can access it via the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of our online shop.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at yenaiiru@hotmail.com and provide your order number.
If possible, please include photos of the item and its packaging.
In justified cases, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable statutory warranty rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the refund.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price as well as the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Any additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer will not be refunded.
Refunds will generally be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
After declaring your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days. In the case of a standard withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
International Orders, Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless it is explicitly stated at checkout or for the selected shipping method that these charges are already included or covered by the seller, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
The amount of any such charges is determined by the authorities of the destination country and is outside our control.
For certain countries or shipping methods, import charges may already be handled in advance through the shipping carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or variant, you may return the original item in accordance with the applicable return or withdrawal policy and place a new order.
